How to adapt this BoM
- Finalize principal dimensions (beam ≤ 8’6” for trailering), weight targets, and power selection, then update outboard choice and trailer capacity.
- Freeze hull plating schedule (bottom/sides/deck/cabin) and framing scheme; regenerate CNC nests and update sheet counts and extrusion takeoff.
- Convert allowances into real parts: wiring gauge schedule, switch panels, electronics suite, and fishing outfitting.
- Run a corrosion-control review: isolate stainless from aluminum, define bonding strategy, and select sacrificial anodes.
